in 4.3 , i just see reply and quote, not like and dislike.

you cannot like or dislike your own threads or streams. And that is the reason why you also cannot comment your own streams.

if i login as user A and i want to like-dislike a picture in album of user B. i dont have this option. i see just comment, and when i click on, it does do nothing.

the strange is that that not happens with all users.
