Do the producers realise that by giving a lack of support to there free users they are actually doing there business model damage. By supporting free users, free users become paying users - a simple aspect that the entire open source community understood years ago. So come on guys - show some willing, get us freeloader paying by showing some decent support to the free users. Because i for one will not spend a dollar with you, till we see some.
