When I chat so many times I showed "undefined" and I cant chat there..

I know same problem...and from JCow no solution. I know they must be very busy and all but at least give us a hint, just a hint why it's not working!!! Please Vincent this "undefined user" in Chat is killing us. My members are getting frustrated and honestly so am I.

JCow please address this. We love your script, it rocks but it could rock even more if the Chat module was fixed. What's going on? Does anybody care? Anybody there?
