i have all my websites in hostgator, and i am very happy with their service, but just the jcow , i have it in arvixe.

In just one month, i contacted the support service more than 20 times for server down. today, i dont have access to my website all the morning ( they told me that admin are working in it ¡¡¡¡)

So definitively, i will move my jcow to hostgator before open my network to users. and abandonate the 2 years a i paid there in the black friday...

is there any documentation file about how to change hosting ?

i am still in troubles with arvixe. everyday a new problem, server down, admins fixig things all the day, and the last history they told me : my ip adress blocked "BY ERROR" ....incredible

i will ask for my money back and move to hostgator when i have many account without problems.

If you have hostgator already why don't you just copy all your files and database files to your hostgator account? Do you need help?
