In the custom menus where we can add a link to other websites it would be useful if the link opens a new window or tab rather than opening the target website in the same browser window and taking people away from our site.

So question is - how can we add target = blank to target url in menu

just add " target="_blank" to the end of your url ..

eg:
[url]http://www.quackit.com/html/tags"[/url] target="_blank"
