I can change the link colors but how do I change the over all font colors? The colors that say things like : Den uploaded a video or like the headers for Dashboard ect?

I think the "Den uploaded a video" one is 'jcow_main_box' around line 1091 and the title one is...

page.css '.block_title' around line 61 i think just use firebug addon in firefox to find all these things easy as to use and it shows you where everything is...
