How do we allow [url]http:// web[/url] address, such as www.philreesenterprises.com to appear as a clickable hyperlink when users post them in the quick share box?

I want it to be able to post web address in the quick share with out a user having to type http:// in front.

In otherwords, when a user types www.siteaddress.com it appears as a clickie
