Hi, anyone has this problem when you upgrade the 4.0 to 4.2

SQL query error!
Error infomation:

I make a test send to a friends then it pop up this error anyone here no how to fix it. I dont have this problem in version 4.0 but when i upgrade to 4.2 suddenly happen.
