How can i change icon's modules position?(change left position to right position)

edit position of icon and title page.tpl of your theme this line , this is an example with 600px for icon and 650 for title.
if you want to change just icon, edit padding of just the second one.

if ($top_title) {
echo '<div style="padding:3px 50px 3px 650px;background:url('.uhome().'/modules/'.$application.'/icon.png) 600px 5px no-repeat;font-size:1.5em;align:right;">'.$top_title.'</div>';
