first, you have to add a new language, "Sinhalese", and after that, you translate. if you dont have "Sinhalese" in the list of languages, Open your "/my/config.php" with a text editor and add it manually or edit english if you want, but it s better to add a new one, this way, you will have the posibility of giving 2 languages to your visitors, and when update script, you will not have to do all the job again.
