Does "Powered by Jcow 4.2.0" translate their own community, its language is Finnish?

Finland I would like this: "Powered by Jcow 4.2.0" -> "Alustan tarjoaa Jcow 4.2.0" (Platform offers)

you can translate it there or replace return '......';
into return t('......'); and translated it in the admin panel.
