I need help changing the page title at the top of the browser of muy website.

EX. If you look on top of your browser it probably says
Forums - Jcow Developer Network. I want to change that on my network.

And you what to change it to what..

I want to change it to the title of my website. Where in my hosting or what file should i look for that will enable me to change this.

why dont you change it in the admin - site configuration?

mate just login to your site .(I take it you are admin) go to admin-cp then site configuration and under 'Site Slogan' put whatever you want...
