Where can I set Jcow in offline mode? I looked trough the files I think could be related to offline mode, but i could not find anything!

admin panel --> site configuration

Maybe it is something a just dont see, but... All i can see is offline Reason. Click that, and hits the save button. But all can still accsess the site...?
Anyone have a clue?

check the checkbox and give some reason and click on save.

Yeah, i can see it. But I cant see a differense! I mean, it dosent show any message that this site is offline or anything?
