I have studied the code and would like to use this rater:

But every time I try to integrate it into my story.inc.php file, it shoves the rating system to the top and does not but it by the comment section like I juxtaposed.

Any help????

Or if anyone has installed a rater onto their page, I would like the help. I thought jcow came with one, but apparently it didnt or doesnt show on my site.
