Hi, just installed the latest version and all seems to be working ok except i cant upload any photos. At the time of submitting, the following errors/warnings come up:

you need to make the "uploads" and all sub-folders writable.

Sorry to bump on this thread I find upload multiple photo sometime it work but sometime it does not work. Can you tell me how to fix it.

Many web servers has a 2m limit of uploading. If you want upload more photos at one time, you need to lift the limit.
