Hello there, I am trying to add a contact page on my site using php for people to contact me by email. I need to know how can I add a page that would look like the rest of the site but has the fill out form to send the message. I install the zip file you included in the link above, changing the word "test" to "contact" it almost word the contact form shows, but there is this error:

Fatal error: Class 'contact' not found in /home/xxxxx/public_html/murid.org/index.php on line 23

please help!
