Add "Recommendations" as a default tab of stories(blogs, images, videos, events).
"Recommendations" will display the hot stories and connected stories to logged in members. And display only hot stories to guests.

Add a "upload picture" link to users who have not uploaded a profile picture.

Updated the newest files in default themes.
