Couple of other things you need to do as well.

1. First to make things easier - compress the entire jcow directory before you transfer it and unzip it into your new server - make sure the directorys have been changed.

2. Go into the "my" folder and opent he config.php file in a text editor. You will need to change the database name, password and user to the new details.

PS - rememeber to check jcows terms and conditions - your only allowed one installation of jcow PER server.
