My members are having problems resetting their passwords. When they hit the password reset button to be directed to their email they don't receive anything. need help

Have they checked there Junk mail box? Sometimes server mail gets reported as junk..

I had it happened to more than one of my members and they said they didn't received anything at all. I believe them because they have been helping me beta test the site before i fully market it.
