oK go here and Create your application..http://www.facebook.com/developers/createapp.php create application then you will get Api Number and Secreat keys, After you get everything Working there should be a Place in Jcow To Plug-in these Numbers..Admin Panel Somwhere or Modules.. I havent done it on Jcow but I have done it on phpfox and Social Engine it should be the Same..
