how can we allow to user to upload theri videos in our site??? not with youtube ?

You can try to integrate ffmpeg. But I do not recommend video uploading unless you have at least 2 dedicated servers, because the video converting&streaming load too many resources.

maybe i'm wrong here, but you'll only need ffmpeg if you're doing video conversions directly on your website.. and if that's what you want to do, you'll be much better served by using a dedicated video sharing script..
