I have a funny way long one!!! and require careful !!! do not use this if you are a beginner in mysql!!!

1. register a new user !!! use the new password you want for the admin

2. open phpmyadmin from your host cpanel
3. find the user table and go to the new user you created in (1)
   4.copy the password
4. go to admin record in same table!!!
5. use edit button and go to password field and paste the password here

log out from phpmyadmin open your site and that is it!!

careful if you are new to mysql you might corrupt your db if used wrong!!!!

login as admin and click forgot password and then go to the email you registered for admin or try the password admin

change your admin password in database in php my admin. Just that.
